A PSA on Menopause and Self-Compassion

And by PSA...I mean a rant. And a permission slip.

Ok, friends. So…these podcast episodes are normally only available to paid subscribers, but this conversation and all the conversations around it are SO important, that I would love for you to take a listen and then share this episode far and wide.

Though in truth, this is likely more of a rant/confessional but hopefully in between my getting fired up and sharing the personal side of my journey, there are a few useful nudges to listen, honor, and advocate for your thriving.
