So let's just lay out there that everyone's talking about strength training.
The reality is people have been talking about strength training for a long time.
But if you are a woman in midlife, you have probably heard over and over and over again that the workout that our bodies need is strength training.
And let's be super clear, I have not always been a fan of strength training.
In fact, I remember my first avoidance of strength training began in high school. But over the years, I started to see strength training as a tool for embodiment, as a tool to connect me to my strength from the inside out.
And by connecting me to my strength, connecting me to my kind of unapologeticness.
